WCW’s “WTF RFK?” Billboard Launches Near Ridglan Farms, Targeting NIH-Funded Beagle Experiments

  • White Coat Waste (WCW) has launched a new “WTF RFK?” billboard near Wisconsin’s disgraced Ridglan Farms, targeting RFK Jr. for renewing and extending Fauci-era funding for deadly Ridglan beagle experiments.
  • First uncovered by WCW in 2023, ongoing National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded experiments involve gluing tick-filled capsules to Ridglan puppies’ bare skin and intentionally denying them pain relief.
  • WCW has also exposed crippling muscular dystrophy experiments and cruel drug toxicity testing on Ridglan beagles funded by RFK Jr.’s NIH.
  • Under RFK Jr., the NIH has doled out over $142 million in new taxpayer funding for cat and dog experimentation, including maximum-pain tests on Ridglan beagles.
  • Citing WCW’s investigations, bipartisan lawmakers, including Reps. Nick Langworthy (R-NY) and Mark Pocan (D-WI), have recently demanded answers from RFK Jr. and urged him to cut funding for dog labs, including those that buy beagles from Ridglan Farms.
  • WCW’s blockbuster exposés first uncovered Dr. Fauci’s wasteful spending on beagle labs worldwide, making ending animal testing a MAGA and MAHA priority.
  • For over a year, WCW has been the only group consistently demanding that RFK Jr. and the NIH cut funding for beagle labs, while legacy animal rights groups praised the agency as it continued to bankroll and lie about beagle abuse.

White Coat Waste (WCW) has expanded its national “WTF RFK?” billboard campaign with a new ad near disgraced beagle breeder Ridglan Farms. The ad urges Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to end taxpayer funding for painful experiments on Ridglan beagles, including tests approved under Dr. Anthony Fauci and renewed after Kennedy took office.

WCW’s billboard in Barneveld, Wisconsin, calls out RFK Jr. for renewing and extending Fauci-era funding for Ridglan beagle experiments.

WCW’s exclusive investigations have documented how, under Kennedy, NIH extended funding for a lab where puppies from Ridlgan have tick-filled capsules glued to their bare skin and are intentionally denied pain relief, and another where dogs are abused in crippling muscular dystrophy experiments.

Documents obtained by WCW also reveal that RFK Jr.’s agency approved $1 million in new funding for pharmaceutical testing on Ridglan beagles last year.

White Coat Waste warned RFK’s staff over a year ago that they were still funding painful and deadly testing on Riglan beagles. Instead of cutting the Fauci-era grants, they renewed them and doled out brand new ones.

Last month, during a budget hearing, Congressman Mark Pocan (D-WI) referenced WCW’s investigations while pressing RFK Jr. about the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) continued funding for deadly experiments on beagles bred at Ridglan. Kennedy falsely responded, “We’ve ended most of it.”

In fact, WCW’s investigations have exposed over $142 million in new funding for dog and cat experiments under Kennedy and the NIH’s “animal testing czar” Nicole Kleinstreuer, who also lied last year when she claimed that all agency funding for beagle labs “predates” her.

Citing WCW’s exposés, Congressman Nick Langworthy (R-NY) fired off a letter to RFK Jr. and NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya last month, demanding that they cut funding for labs that buy beagles from Ridglan Farms and phase out all funding for invasive dog and cat testing.

The solution to ending Fauci-style beagle abuse is simple:
