Eric Deardorff is a Support Manager for the White Coat Waste Project (WCW). He works on HR, operations, and donor relations to make sure everything runs smoothly for the organization to achieve its mission.
Eric is a long-time advocate for animals and for more than 20 years has been working to protect them from all forms of abuse—from rescuing animals in the wake of Hurricane Katrina to organizing protests that led to Ringling Bros. Circus stopping their use of animals.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy (Applied Ethics) from the University of California—Santa Cruz.
When he’s not working hard behind the scenes to stop painful taxpayer-funded animal experiments, he can be found in his hometown of Ventura, CA, cycling, watching Formula 1, or at the beach with his wife and their 2 dogs (although he prefers cats).
