WCW Launches “WTF RFK?” Billboards Along 207-Mile March to Marshall Farms

  • White Coat Waste is launching a new billboard campaign along the route of the upcoming March to Abolish Animal Testing, calling out Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. for continuing to bankroll Fauci-era experiments on dogs and cats purchased from Marshall BioResources with taxpayer dollars.
  • Five of WCW’s “WTF RFK?” billboards will be installed along the march’s 207-mile route from Albany, NY, to Marshall’s massive taxpayer-subsidized animal breeding operation in North Rose, NY.
  • An ongoing WCW investigation has documented that since RFK Jr. took office in February 2025, the National Institutes of Health has spent over $225 million in new taxpayer funding on dog and cat experimentation, including renewed funding for Fauci-era laboratories abusing animals from Marshall.
  • Marshall is the nation’s largest breeder of dogs and cats for laboratories, and a key supplier to federal animal labs and other taxpayer-funded experiments.
  • WCW is leading efforts with Congress to defund experiments on pets and cut off taxpayer subsidies for Marshall and other lab animal breeders.

As pet lovers and animal advocates prepare to march across upstate New York to call out notorious lab animal supplier Marshall Farms, White Coat Waste is taking its “WTF RFK?” ad campaign directly to the route.

WCW is launching five new billboards along the 207-mile March to Abolish Animal Testing, which begins in Albany on September 12 and ends at Marshall BioResources on September 26.

The ads expose an inconvenient truth: while U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has publicly pledged to move away from animal testing, under his leadership the National Institutes of Health has wasted over $225 million to bankroll new dog and cat experiments and renew projects initially funded by Dr. Anthony Fauci — including experiments that abuse animals bought from Marshall.

Marshall currently confines more than 15,000 dogs and 1,100 cats at its upstate New York facilities and supplies animals to federal labs and other taxpayer-funded experimentation facilities across the country.

Records uncovered by WCW prove that Marshall has been supplying beagles and kittens for some of the most notorious Fauci-funded experiments, including NIH’s ongoing in-house kitten lab started under Fauci.

Documents obtained by WCW also tie Marshall dogs and cats to ongoing NIH-funded experiments involving heart failure, obesity, diabetes, spinal cord injuries, toxoplasmosis infections, decerebration, and other painful procedures.

WCW’s billboards are making sure taxpayers know that RFK is still paying to keep Marshall’s pet-to-pain pipeline running. The ads direct taxpayers to MAHAbetrayed.org, a new website where they can email RFK, their Congressional representatives, and other Trump officials.

WCW has been leading efforts to hold RFK and the NIH accountable and is working with Congressmembers like Rep. Nick Langworthy (R-NY) and Mark Pocan (D-WI) to defund dog and cat laboratories and their suppliers.
