Erik Rapprich is a grassroots organizer turned technology entrepreneur and web professional. Since 2010, Erik has been with Engage, a leading digital public affairs agency, where he serves as Managing Partner. There, he oversees the company’s people, projects, and products and has worked with countless national brands, political groups, causes, and other athletic and non-profit organizations. Rapprich is also a co-founder and Technology Director for Citizinvestor, a crowdfunding and civic engagement platform for local government projects.
Prior to Engage, Rapprich was the Director of Web Development & Interaction Design for the Republican Governors Association after running his own digital firm, Ethos Digital, for 6 years.
Outside of work, Erik organizes NOVA Vegan Fitness, a group dedicated to connecting people interested in plant based nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle in Northern Virginia. He is also active in local GTD (“Getting Things Done”) and genealogy communities. Erik graduated from Connecticut College in 2005 and currently lives in Falls Church, VA with his family and an array of pets. When he’s not in front of a computer, you can probably find him on a bike, at the gym, or making music.
